The FX Settlement Crisis Management Playbook sets out various strategies, trigger points, operating principles and common/unilateral options for recovery and re-start of FX settlements in the event of unavailability of a critical third party or CLS itself. It is expected that each bank/ CLS Settlement Member is responsible for their own business continuity plans.
