This artefact combines the Exercise Director’s Pack and Injects Pack for the SIMEX22 Single Company Exercise (SCE), developed under the governance of CMORG. It provides a structured desktop exercise for financial firms to test their internal crisis response to the operational paralysis of a fictional Global Systemically Important Bank (G-SIB), “Goliath Bank”. The exercise simulates a severe but plausible disruption scenario and is designed to help Crisis Management Teams assess impacts on Important Business Services (IBSs), decision-making, communications, and recovery planning.
