To support this, CMORG has published the Firm Mapping Template to help firms document and review how they engage with the SRF. Firms are encouraged to use the template to map their representation across SRF response groups by identifying which groups they participate in and recording the names and contact details of their appointed representatives. This mapping aims to increase clarity, streamline communication, and enhance collaboration during disruption. Firms are then encouraged to add this to their business continuity plans and playbooks, and keep it regularly updated. Importantly, firms are not expected to be members of every SRF group. Each group has specific membership criteria, and firms should assess which groups are most applicable to their business model, scale, and role within the sector.
